What You Cannot Do

Important: Copyright & Enforcement

All content, templates, designs, and intellectual property created through or provided by ExpertSlides remain the exclusive property of ES Solutions GmbH. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license based on their subscription tier.

Violation of these terms may result in:

•Immediate termination of your license and account access
•Legal action for copyright infringement under applicable law
•Claims for damages, including statutory damages and attorney fees
•Injunctive relief to prevent further unauthorized use

We actively monitor for license violations and unauthorized distribution. If you become aware of any misuse of ExpertSlides content, please report it to legal@expertslides.ai.

General Terms Applicable to All Licenses

License Scope: Licenses are granted per user/seat and are non-transferable between individuals or entities.
Modifications: You may modify and customize downloaded content within the scope of your license tier.
Attribution: Attribution is appreciated but not required for licensed use cases.
Updates: License terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main.
